Hello my dear readers,
I wish you all are doing good in your lives. But have you started something yet or still in ambiguity.
I have been through this phase, this lazy unproductive phase. So, if you're reading this and trying to opt some good habits then here are some tips which will help you to change your habits.
3 TIPS TO CHANGE BAD HABITS
1. Think About It
If you're thinking to opt any good habit like dancing, sports, excercise, reading or trying a new thing. Then, at very first, THINK. THINK ABOUT IT. Think what actually you want to do or start with. If you're thinking which means you want to or have to do it someday then why not today or at this moment.
But, here's a thing, when we enthusiastically think about doing new thing, so many things travel through our mind and we wish to tackle all of them,but, we are human and starting at one thing or few thing will take you to a long run because if you opt so many new things you will probably get bored and won't be able to continue it, at last you will fall where you've started.
So, Think about it and do One by One.
2. Push Yourself.
No other person in this world will force you to do a good thing to your own, no matter how many motivational, inspiration videos, lecture, talks you hear or see, they're mere video until you apply it on your self. If you plan to be successful,plan your life and change your habits.
At this moment, you must have scroll through and found my Blog, isn't it? But my blog is mere words if you didn't put your phone down and do what you have been planning for. Get off your bed and dance or play outdoor games or study or read a book, do anything which will help you in long term. If you read my Blog, just after it, push yourself to do it. PUSH!!!!!
In beginning, it will be problematic but as you finish you will feel good, genuine happiness which definitely won't come from lying in bed.
So Push yourself.
3. Schedule Your Habit
The last but most important tip is Schedule, you have to fit your new habit in your 24hours day span. If you fix a time then your chances for productivity and consistency increases positively. For instance, if you have to schedule your Badminton time from evening 5:30 to 6:30 then you will have to finish your other tasks before that time and if you don't all other tasks get delayed consecutively. Scheduling your day will save so much of your time in which you can opt other habits too. If you're thinking to read a book, leave your phone and get a book, you like it or not doesn't matter, just read!!! And fix a goal that you have to finish this book in ten days or two weeks or anything according to your convenience.
So, Schedule your Habits.
